How does www.work4all.co.za work? 

Work4all provide both suppliers and service providers with the opportunity to view an extensive collection of request for tenders/quotations and short term work from many different industries including the public and private sectors. For a nominal subscription, a registered user can acquire access to all of our tenders including the latest current business tenders. This can be done on your PC or cell phone or tablet. 

Using our keyword search tool, you can refine your search to display all the relevant tenders pertaining to your industry or area. Once you find a tender that you are interested in, you can click on the tender to view the basic details of this potential business opportunity. 

What services do we offer?

New opportunities are listed daily by our regional consultants from all levels of government and private sector companies throughout South Africa. 

A summary of relevant tenders/request for quotes etc. are mailed weekly to our subscribers to ensure that you do not miss tenders. The summary of relevant tenders are sent via email, and as a subscriber, you can access the notifications and other tender information directly from our website. The available categories are:

  • Tenders (Normally larger amounts + R 1M governed by the PFMA)
  • Request For Quotations (Less formal process- quotations less than R 1m is required)
  • Short Term Work (Short Term Contract Work e.g. painting of a building)
  • Bills Of Quantities (Where various products in certain quantities are required)
  • Registrations (Buyers requiring supplier registration on a database)

How can I see if its worth subscribing?

In our Search Tenders section, we let you look at the basic details per tender to see if it is relevant to your business tenders. You can therefore decide before registering and making payment.  

How do I subscribe ONLINE?

To subscribe online, click the New Client Registration button, fill in the required details, select your Area and Industry, Accept the Terms and Conditions and Submit. Once we receive payment we will activate your account. In five easy steps you can become a registered subscriber.You can subscribe online for 1 -12 months.

You can make payment via EFT or Payfast. If you choose payment via EFT you will receive an invoice directly to your inbox with payment details. Make payment using the reference number in the e-mail that you received when registering and once payment is made mail the proof of payment to info@work4all.co.za

Acces option will be billed once as follows;

What are my payment options? 

We have tailored our subscription packages to suit your budget. 

Payment is received by:

  • Payfast by using your credit card.
  • Direct deposit i.e. cheque deposit, EFT, cash deposit (fax or email us proof of your deposit) as per your monthly chosen period. 

What sources do you get your tenders from?

Work4all provides national coverage of all business tenders published by the local, provincial and national government plus private sector companies. The sources we use to acquire research tenders include: local and national newspapers, government, public and private websites, and direct contact with local and national government bodies and private businesses.

Our parnership with BEEDEX is now increasing our database of tenders in South Africa. Private companies to public sector companies use BEEDEX  to publish a tender/quotation advertisement with the click of a button. This service is constantly growing as more and more companies visit our website. This is helpful as they need to look out for BEE suppliers pertaining to their products and services.
